Batch Update Expiring PAFs
Processing Acknowledgment Forms (PAFs) need to be renewed annually. Within the AccuZIP6 software, you can send update notices to mail list owners that will allow these PAFs to be updated within the PAF Management system.
In AccuZIP6, pull down the Additions menu to Move Update > Create Batch PAF Renewals.
Click on Show > PAF Expires Within 30 Days
With that selection on your screen, you can now choose Additions > Move Update > Send Batch PAF Renewals
Now the PAF Approval email has been sent to everyone in your selection.
