How to export your data in presort order
After presorting your list, you'll be in the Print Presort window. Click on the Print Labels button.
In Print Settings, click on the Output pull-down menu and choose Disk File. Click Continue.
Now you're at the Export Setup window. Choose the fields you'd like to export, select the export format, then click Export.
Give the file a name, decide where you'd like to save it, then click Save.
Note: Look for tech notes in this section that allow you to add the container number and piece number to the Endorsement line, and tech notes that show you how to export the endorsement line on the first piece, last piece, or both. You can also save these sets of fields and field expressions as Export Maps for later use.
