The Default Search Engine Database is Missing or Damaged

If you receive the error: "The default search database is damaged or missing" while you're in the Search Editor, then follow these instructions to fix the error:

  1. Exit AccuZIP6.
  2. Download the searches.zip file and extract it into the C:\Program Files\AccuZIP6 5.0\Searches folder, replacing the existing files of the same name.
  3. Launch AccuZIP6 and try using the search editor again.
