Error Connecting to Server - How to close the Monitor NCOALink window

If you receive an Error Connecting to Server message in the Monitor NCOALink window of AccuZIP6, follow these directions to close the monitor and resume using AccuZIP6:

  1. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuZIP6 5.0\iNcoalink
  2. In this folder, you will see folders and loose files (with extensions  .ckd, .cks and .dat ). Delete the loose files.
  3. If the monitor is still running after deleting these files, exit the AccuZIP6 program, then relaunch AccuZIP6.
