Creating a new database with family members combined
Input records example:
Dave Smith 100 Main St, Anywhere USA 99999-0000
Jane Smith 100 Main St, Anywhere USA 99999-0000
Jimmy Smith 100 Main St, Anywhere USA 99999-0000
New Database:
Dave,Jane & Jimmy Smith 100 Main St, Anywhere USA 99999-0000
Instructions
Download the people command from our website.
Extract the "people.fxp" to the C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuZIP6 5.0 folder.
Extract the "Do People.txt" to the C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuZIP6 5.0\Commands folder.
Open the database that contains the records you would like to combine
From the command window (Edit>Command) select the Do People command.
Run the command, AccuZIP6 will ask you for a name and location for the new file.
Open the new file and you will have the combined records in the new file.
