Create a new database for every Unique State in the database
This command will identify each unique state in your address list and create one new file for each state represented.
For example, if you have 50 records in Alaska and 100 records in Hawaii, this command will create an Alaska database with your database's 50 Alaska records and a separate Hawaii database with the 100 records from your database that were in the state of Hawaii.
1. Download and extract the unique_st.zip file to the C:\Program Files (x86)\AccuZIP6 5.0 folder.
2. Create a command from the Edit>Command window. Type the following into the Command Statement Syntax area:
