AccuZIP Inc. Obtains eDoc Certification and Becomes IDEAlliance Royalty Licensee for Full-Service IMb

AccuZIP6 users benefit by not needing to purchase an IDEAlliance ULC license

AccuZIP Inc. is now an IDEAlliance Royalty Licensee. As such, AccuZIP6 customers are now able to use the AccuZIP Mail.dat output and User License Code in order to complete TEM certification for Full Service IMb at no additional cost.

The AccuZIP6 Business Edition comes standard with Full-Service eDoc output. When uploaded to PostalOne!, the mailing appears correctly on the dashboard, and postage statements and reports generate correctly.

Mail.dat is a communication standard, owned and maintained by IDEAlliance, and used to facilitate electronic documentation and postage payment to the USPS via PostalOne!

On another note, the USPS now offers the ability to simply send one Mail.dat test to complete TEM certification using a USPS certified product, such as the AccuZIP6 Postal Software. A current list of Authorized Vendor products is posted on RIBBS, in the Intelligent Mail section.
