"Today, AccuZIP, Inc. is proud to announce that four of their employees have already achieved MailPro Fundamentals certification," said Kristen McKiernan, President of AccuZIP, Inc. "It is our great honor to recognize Mathew Little (Customer Care Specialist), Donna Tackett (Customer Care Specialist), Dave Belmonte (Network Administrator & Senior Product Specialist) and Marty Haywood (Customer Care Specialist) for their efforts on gaining this certification just days after the program was opened to the industry. These employees exemplify AccuZIP’s commitment to education and outstanding support of our technologies. It is our belief that this distinguished certification will result in even stronger performance in their roles as support specialists for our end customer partners."

In total, the two programs include over 11 hours of content for the students to review and be tested on.
When asked what these certifications means to him, Mathew stated, “It is an honor to work for an employer who supports my desire to learn and grow professionally. AccuZIP supported my certification efforts by paying for me to enroll and I wanted to make them proud. I never guessed I would be the first to be certified in each of these programs but that is what AccuZIP is all about! We excel at what we do and bring the best information we can to the workplace to benefit our customer partners to make their experience with us nothing short of outstanding.”
AccuZIP President Kristen McKiernan added, “AccuZIP is so proud of the efforts of these four employees. It makes us proud that they took the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and skills through this program. We have made this available to all of our employees and look forward to each of them gaining certification in both courses by later this year. Their response to this program has been outstanding and their dedicated efforts to gain certification makes AccuZIP stronger as an organization, as a resource for our customer partners and as an industry leader.
