AccuZIP's customer service is great. It keeps us from having down time and I'm always able to get a quick answer. don't have to worry about the size of the order I'm working with a client on. Most times, AccuZIP employees know more than the USPS employees. I've been able to navigate the lack of government employee training, which saves time, money and headaches.
