Tactile, Sensory and Interactive Mailpiece Engagement Promotion

Description: Encourages mailers to enhance customer engagement with the mail through the use of advanced print innovations in paper and stock, substrates, inks, interactive elements, and finishing techniques. New developments in papers and paper stocks, substrates, finishing techniques, and inks can be incorporated into mailpieces to create a multi-sensory experience through special visual effects, sound, scent, texture, and even taste! Features like pop-ups, infinite folds, and other dimensional treatments encourage interaction and drive customer engagement.
Eligibility: Regular and nonprofit Marketing Mail letters and flats; First Class Mail cards, letters, and flats
Discount: 4%
Continuous Contact Promotion
Promotion Period: April 1, 2025– December 31, 2025
Registration Period: February 15, 2025 – December 31, 2025
Description: Through this promotion, participants receive a discount for sending follow-up mailings that repeatedly deliver qualifying USPS Marketing Mail® letters and flats to the same address. These repeated mailings must complement or build upon (but not duplicate) the initial mailing. The result is an ongoing, targeted conversation with the recipient, and the potential to increase conversion rates.
Eligibility: Regular and nonprofit Marketing Mail letters and flats; First Class Mail cards, letters, and flats. Content of eligible mailings must build upon/complement the initial mailing.
Discount: 3%. There is no discount on the initial mailing. Follow-up mailings with content related to the initial mailing receive the discount.
Reply Mail IMbA Promotion
Promotion Period: July 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025
Registration Period: May 15, 2025 – December 31, 2025
Description: Build engagement and create efficiencies. By adopting Intelligent Mail® barcode Accounting (IMbA®), Qualified Business Reply Mail™ (QBRM™), and High Volume QBRM™, customers can improve visibility, while also delivering easier payment methods and faster delivery speeds.
Eligibility: Credits may be applied to postage for First-Class and Marketing Mail letters & flats, and must be used by December 31, 2024
Discount: Static Barcode: 3% discount. Serialized Barcode: 6% discount.

Integrated Technology Promotion
The start date begins on the first mail date claiming the discount and must run for up to 6 consecutive months during the January 1 - December 31, 2025 calendar year.
Start and end dates are linked to a mailer’s Customer Registration ID (CRID) and will be tracked so that the claimed discount can only be used during the eligible 6-month maximum campaign period

Description: Encourages mailers to continue to adopt the use of the USPS’ omnichannel feature, Informed Delivery. Participants may create Informed Delivery campaigns through the Portal or submit elements through their eDoc submission, and develop campaigns that meet best-practice requirements
Eligibility: Regular and nonprofit Marketing Mail letters and flats, and First-Class Mail presort or automation letters, cards, and flats
Discount: 1% to mailer. The 0.5% incentive is offered to Informed Delivery Promotion eDoc submitters. As of 2025, this is now an Add-On, meaning it is an additional discount to a promotion. In order to receive the discount, this must be paired with one of the five promotions, above.
